水化脱胶工艺条件对大豆磷脂及油品质量的影响
EFFECT OF THE HYDRATED DEGUMMINGTECHNOLOGY ON SOYBEAN LECITHIN AND OIL QUALITY
【摘要】 大豆毛油在300转/分的转达下,进行各种条件的水化,得到的油脚经真空脱水制成浓缩磷脂。通过对磷脂色泽、磷脂中丙酮不溶物含量、油中磷脂含量及脱胶油得率分析得出:对磷脂色泽,脱胶油中磷脂含量影响最大的因素为温度;对磷脂丙酮不溶物含量,脱胶油得率影响最大的因素为时间。
【Abstract】 The condensed lecithin was extracted,through vacuum dehydration,from thefeet obtained by varied hydralizations of the crude soybean oil at the speed of 300r/min,AnAnalvsis of the luster of lecithin,the content of acetone insolubles,the content of lecithin andthe rate of degummed oil showed that it is the temperature that mostly affects the content oflecithin in degummed oil and it is the that mostly affects the content of lecithin and acetoneinsolubles and the rate of degummed oil.
