高效液相色谱法测定精制程度不同的植物油脂中各种生育酚的含量

【摘要】 本文用高效液相色谱法,在15分钟内不受试样中其它成份的干扰,简便、快速、灵敏、准确地分离了植物油中各种生育酚。并对国内十几种植物油脂中生育酚的含量作了分析测定,采用了与标准生育酚进行比较的峰面积定量法定量。对不同品种的植物油脂作了α-生育酚的回收率,其回收率在85~101%之间。同时对不同制取方法以及精炼程度不同的植物油脂中生育酚含量的变化,进行了分析比较测定。

【Abstract】 It was introduced in the paper that various tocopherols in samples were separatedefficientlly with high pressure Liquid chromatography Mithin 15 minutes, and the content of to-copherols from above 10 sort of chinese seed oils was determined through contrast between thepeak area of sample tocopherol and that of stantard tocopherol.Rate of recovery of α-tocopherolin various sore of seed oils was 85-101%.At the same time an analvsis was also made to com-pare the content changes of tocopherols in seed oils froni different processing methods and differ-ent refining degrees.
