【摘要】 自在启东鸭肝癌中证实存在人ＨＢＶ样ＤＮＡ后［１，２］，进一步的实验证明人ＨＢＶ样ＤＮＡ在启东鸭肝癌中带有普遍性和特征性［３］。本实验在上述工作的基础上取４号、８号、９号三个鸭肝癌样品，对ＨＢＶ中９７２－１２７２片段进行ＰＣＲ扩增，经Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ杂交分析证实有阳性条带，对４号样品ＰＣＲ产物部分核苷酸顺序分析，观察到与ａｄｗ、ａｄｗ２、ａｄｒ、ａｙｗ和ａｙｒ分别有８１．３％、８２．１％、７７．６％、８０．０％和７９．４％的同源性。进一步证明启东鸭肝癌中确实存在人ＨＢＶ变异体ＤＮＡ。更多还原

【Abstract】 The presence of HBV-like DNA sequence in duck hepatoma collected from Qi-Dong County of China was reported in 1988.Here, we amplified three duck hepatoma DNA samples with PCR method (Human HBV nucleotide 972-1272 fragment).After southern blot hybridization,the positive bands were observed.Analysing a part of the DNA sequence of a PCR product (pDCHBV),we observed that it had 81.3% homology to adw,82.1% homology to adw2,77.6% homology to adr,80.0% homology to ayw and 79.4% homology to ayr subtype of HBV.These results further confirm that human HBV mutant DNA sequence occurred in duck hepatoma samples from Qi-Dong county of CHina.更多还原
