恶性肿瘤患者血液中核糖核酸酶及核糖核酸酶抑制因子活性测定
ALTERATION OF BLOOD RI AND Rnase ACTIVITIES IN CANCER PATIENTS
【摘要】 本文测定了26例正常中老年人(40~61)岁)、78例初诊恶性肿瘤患者和8例术后恶性肿瘤患者(均为40~60岁)的血清酸性核糖核酸酶(ACR)及游离碱性核糖核酸酶(fAKR)的活性。测定了16例正常人(40~60岁)、50例同龄的恶性肿瘤患者、10例卵巢囊肿及7例胃溃疡患者红细胞中核糖核酸酶抑制因子(RI)的活性。结果表明,恶性肿瘤患者血清RNase活性显著高于正常对照组;恶性肿瘤组与正常组比较,红细胞中RI活性显著下降。胃溃疡及卵巢囊肿患者红细胞中的RI活性,与正常组比较,无明显差异。
【Abstract】 Ribonuclease inhibitor(RI) is a glycoprotein which can bind ribonuclease(RNase)and hence inhibits RNase activity.Activities of RI in RBC,activities of acid RNase and alkaline RNase in serum of the healthy humans and cancer patients have been investigated.There were signifcant differences of blood RNase activities between normal hmans and cancer patients including liver cancer(10 cases),ovarian cancer(12), breast cancer(10)and gastric cancer(10).The RI activity in RBC revealed significant differences between normal persons and cancer patients. RI activities may be used as parameters for the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
