【摘要】 本实验应用流式细胞光度术（ＦｌｏｗＣｙｔｏｍｅｔｒｙ，ＦＣＭ）检测顺铂（０．５μｇ／ｍｌ）对鼻咽癌上皮样细胞株（ＣＮＥ）细胞周期进程的影响。结果发现用药后第３天和第４天，用药组的细胞数分别为对照组的８１．７１％和７２．１４％；ＣＮＥ细胞的ＤＮＡ指救为１．６５±０．０５，揭示ＣＮＥ细胞仍保持原代细胞的ＤＮＡ含量水平。顺铂导致细胞周期各时相时间延长，其中以Ｇ２阻滞较为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cytokinetic effect of cisplatin(0.5ug/ml)on epidermal-like cell strain of nasopharyn geal carcinoma(CNE) was investigated by flow cytometry(FCM).The result showed that,on the 3rd and 4th day after treatment,the cell number in cisplatin- treated group was respec tively 81. 70% and 72.14% of that in control group. The DNA index of CNE cells was 1. 65±0. 05, it means that the DNA ploidy of CNE cell strain was the same as the primary pas sage which was supertriploidy or subtetraploidy.The duration of cell cycle in cisplatin-treat ed group was 1.53 times that in control group(97.27/63.39),among them the duration of G1,S and G2+M was respectively 1.48(52.68/35.66),1.17(13.36/11.45) and 1.92(31.33/16.28)times of that in control group.The study suggests that the effect of cisplatin on CNE cells was mainly G2 block.更多还原
