【Abstract】 AbstractHuang Qi compound which consists of Huang Qi(Astragnlus mongholicus Bge). Sanqi (Panax pseudo-ginsengVar. notoginseng). Shan Zhugu (Cornus officinalis) and Gancao (Glycyrrhiza urulensis Fisch) could reduce cGMPlevel and raise cAMP/cGMP in plasma of the tumor-bearing mice. Variance analysis of the orthogonal design suggestedthat Sanqi was responsible for a decrease inc GMP and an increase in cAMP/cGMP in plasma. The effect of the other3 herbs on Cyclic Nucleotides in plasma was not significant.更多还原
