【Abstract】 AbstractOral administration of Saussurea Lappa Clarke Compound Granulae (SLCCG) in the doses of 15g. kg-1. 7. 5g kg-1 and3. 75g’ kg-1can move forward the propelling speed of carbon powder in the mice intestine. When giventhrough duodenum. SLCCG can strengthen the contractile range of guinea pig ileum in vivo. increase the secretion ofrat gastric juice and raise the content of the total acid and free arid in gastric juice. At the concentration of 1: 500.1: 1000 and 1 : 2000. SLCCG can increase the contractile range and decrease the contractile frequency. and causethe subsequent relaxation of guinea pig ileum in vitro. The results are similar to that of the positive control domperidontablet, and have no difference with the action of the original form of Saussurea Lappa Clarke compound pill.
