【摘要】 复方血立停在０．２１～０．８５６ｇ／ｋｇ剂量下，对慢性醋酸型和无水乙酸型大鼠胃溃疡形成的抑制率分别为３９～５９％和６１～８２％（Ｐ＜０．０１），并能促进慢性溃疡愈合；对幽门结扎型大鼠胃溃疡的发生率降低２０～７０％（ｐ＜０．０１），大剂量时胃酸分泌减少。结果表明复方血立停具有保护和治疗溃疡作用，其效应与甲氰咪胍相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 IXT. XUELITING(0. 21 4-0. 856g/kg)was found to be an effective anti-ulcer agent in three experimental gastric peptic ulcer models in rats, namely, the acetic acid-induced chronic ulcer, absolute ethanolindutal and pyloric ligntion--induced ulcers. In the acetic acid-induced and abolute ethanol-induced ulcermodels, MIXT. XUELITING could inhibit gastric peptic ulcer by 39-59 % and 6 1-82 % respectively andpromote chronic gastric ulcer haaling. In the Pyloric ligation--induced model, the incidences of MIXT.XUELITING for gastric peptic ulcer were reduced to 20-70 %. Secretion of gastric acid was reduced by thebig dosage of MIXT. XUELITING. The result suggested that MIXT. XUELITING bud the protection actionand therapy to the gastric peptic ulcer. The anti-ulcer effects of MIXT. XUELITING were similar to cimetidine.更多还原
