【Abstract】 This article analyzed the failure causes for 11 patients in 68 patients with myringoplasty and put forward the appropriate prophylactico-therapeutic measures. The most of the failure were caused by that someone had not enough skilled operation technique or operated microsurgery without microscope. In addition,the choice of the grafts is’very important. Because the myringoplasty is microsurgery so the skilled operation technique and microscope must be necessary for the rate of the success.更多还原
