【摘要】 我院自1983年至1993年应用成人纤维结肠锐CF－LB3W和CF－P20I检查1～14岁小儿40例。主要症状为血便、腹痛、腹泻和腹胀。病变检出率为87．5％。小儿下消化道病以息肉和慢性炎症多见。配合小儿外科手术治疗4例，纤维结肠镜下直接摘除息肉10例。未发生严重并发症。证明成人纤维结肠镜在小儿肠道疾病中的应用是有效和安全的，可达诊断和治疗双重目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1983 to 1993, 40 children with 1~14 years of age were exandned through adult fibercolonoscopy such as CF-LB3W or CF-P20I. Main causes for endoscopy were bloody stool.abdondnal pain. diarrhea and abdominal distension. Lesions were found in 87. 5K of cases. The disease of lower gastrointestinal tract in children maily is polyps and chronic innammation. The application of adult fibercolonoscopy was reported during operation in 4 cases. 10 colon polyps were resected under endoscope. There was no serious complication occured. These results sug gested that the method is effective. Safe one and can be used for treatment and diagnosis.更多还原
