【Abstract】 The CT findings of 42 cases of glioma of the brain proved by operation and patnology were analysed. 35 cases (83. 3% ) presented hypodense lesion with ndxed densities on precontrast scan. 27 cases (64. 3%) had a ring-eshaped enhancement lesion on postcontrast scan. In this se ries, the accuracy rate of the CT diagnosis in locating the lesion was 100% and in defining the na ture of the lesion was 90. 4%.更多还原
