【摘要】 我院从1982～1992年间并连续收治心脏穿通伤18例，全部抢救成功，无1例死亡。本文对其诊断、抢救治疗有关问题进行了讨论。作者认为凡是有心前区开放伤、休克、心包填塞征者可确诊。强调及时诊断，迅速建立有效静脉通道、直送手术空手术，这是抢救成功的关键。即使心脏停搏者亦不放弃任何抢救机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 18 cases of Penetrating trauma of the heart were treated at author’s hospital from 1982 to 1992,all the cases recovered. This article discussed on the diagnosis and rescued et. al. The authos the patients have pentrating trauma of precordium. Shok and the filling Syndrome of cavity Pericardial should be diagnosis. It is key that the patients were timely diagnosis of heart rupture,foredy builded effcient transfuson passage and the direct sent to operating-room immediate operated.
