【摘要】 探讨了络通片对大鼠坐骨神经损伤的影响，实验结果表明，络通片５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（临床用量的４５倍）及１０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（临床用量的９倍）给大鼠连续灌胃１４天，能防止坐骨神经损伤所致的患趾趾间（１～５趾及２～４趾）距离缩短，改善患肢运动功能，增加患肢有关肌肉（比目鱼肌、腓肠肌及小腿其他肌群）的重量。结果提示，络通片能促进损伤的坐骨神经功能的修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 he effects of Tablet Luotong on sciatic nerve injury in rats were investigated.The results showedthat intragastric feeding of the tablet in the dosage of 500mg/kg and 1,000mg/kg (4.5 and 9 times of theclinical dosage respectively) for 14 days can prolong the distances between the first and fifth digits andbetween the second and fourth digits of the hind paw, improved the motility of the affected limb, andincreased the weights of soleus, gastrocneminus and other muscles of the hind leg.It is suggested thatTablet Luotong can promote the restoration of the function of the injured sciatic nerve.更多还原
