【Abstract】 Thin paper presents the result of 19 mitral valve replacement with preservation of mitral apparstus.The results showed that the hemodynamics was stable,the recovery of Cardiac function was fast,and the operative complications were less after opea hecnt surgery.The indications,operative technique and the key point of this procedures have been discussed.更多还原
