【摘要】 自１９８０年２月到１９９０年２月，我院收住３５例心脏肿瘤。男性１２例，女性２３例，年龄７岁至５８岁。原发性心脏肿瘤３０例，其中左心房粘液瘤２６例，右心房粘液瘤８例，多发性的（包括左房、左心室）粘液瘤１例。心脏转移肿瘤５例，心包恶性瘤心脏转移８例，腺癌心脏转移２例。手术切除肿瘤２３例，存活１８例，早期死亡５例，晚期死亡１例。手术探查未能切除肿瘤４例，这４例均出院后８个月内死亡。４例因住院等待手术突然猝死。４例拒绝手术，出院后６～１８个月内死亡。作者认为心脏肿瘤应当早期诊断，早期手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 From Feb. 1 986 to Feb, 1990.35 patients with cardiac tumor were admitted into our hopital,There were 12 males and 23 females with age from 7 to 58 years old. Of these patients,30 cases were primary cardiac tumor including 26 myxoma in left atrium, 3 in right atrium and 1 in multiple sites, There were 5 patients with metastasized cardiac tumor including 3 malignant pericardial tumor and 2 adenocarcinoma.23 cases had their ,tumor resected.4 case had exploratory operation,4 had sudden death during the periods waiting for operation,and the other 4refused ot be operated.There were 5 early death and 1 late death in the resected group,17 patients had long survival in this group.But in the exploratory group and non operated group,the patient died between 6 and 18 months after operations or diagnosing. Therefore , the authors suggest that cardiac tumor should be early diagnosed and Operated.更多还原
