超氧化物歧化酶抗辐射作用的临床研究
RANDOMIZED CLINICAL RESEARCH OF ANTIRADIATION EFFECT OF SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE (SOD)
【摘要】 自1993年7月至1994年4月收治了105例恶性肿瘤病人,采用双盲法,将病人随机分成治疗组(SOD组)和安慰组,两组的放疗方法相同。治疗组在放疗后半小时至1小时内肌注超氧化物歧化酶(简称SOD);而安慰组注射安慰剂。结果显示:治疗组皮肤、粘膜、内脏器官及全身中、重度放射反应率分别为17.5%,38.8%,38.8%,50%;而安慰组分别为76%,76.9%,100%,88%,两组之间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),两组之间血白细胞下降率无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗组有效率为68.8%,明显高于安慰组16%,本组未发现超氧化物歧化酶有明显的毒副作用。因此我们认为SOD是一种安全有效的抗辐射反应的新药。
【Abstract】 Abstract From 1993 to 1994 105 patients with malignant tumors were treated. We put to use two blind method. The patients were randomized into a treatment group (SOD group) and a comfort group. The radiotherapy method in both groups were similar. The SOD group is given intramuscular injection SOD in half to an hour after radiotherapy; But the comfort group is given intramuscular injection comfort drug. The results showed middle-high degree radiation reaction rate of the skin, mucous membrance, internal organs and the whole body in the SOD group are 17. 5%、38. 8%、38.8% and 50%; in the comfort group are 76%、76. 9%、100% and 88%. There is statistically significant difference between these two groups (P<0.01). The decline rate of the white cell in the blood doesn’t present statistically significant difference between these two group (P>0. 05). The effective rate of the treatment group is 68. 8%. The comfort group is 16%. There is statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 005). We did not find SOD’s obvious toxicity and side effect.Thence we consider that SOD is a safe and effective new drug for antiratiation effect.
