溴氰菊酯对大鼠肝脏钙稳态影响的体外实验研究

【摘要】 采用体外测定方法,研究了溴氰菊酯对雄性SD大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体钙稳态的影响。结果表明,溴氰菊酯能明显抑制大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体Ca2+-ATP酶的活力;显著降低大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体对45Ca主动摄取的能力;并显著增加45Ca从线粒体、微粒体内的被动流出,三者与对照组相比差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),都存在明显的剂量、效应关系.

【Abstract】 Radioactive isotope technique was used in this paper to observe the effect of Decamethrin on Ca transport by rat live mitochondria and microsome. The result indicated that the activity of C4-ATPase was inhibited(P<0. 05 or 0. 01 compared with control)and dose-effect relation was existed. Decamethrin could also decreased the ability of Ca-45 uptake by mitochondria and microsome. The release kinetics indicated that Decamethrin could increase Ca-45 release from mitochondria and microsome and dose-effect relation was also existed.
