锰对雄性小鼠生殖毒性的研究

【摘要】 采用一组试验方法研究了硫酸锰对雄性小鼠生殖系统的影响。实验结果表明,硫酸锰能引起早期精细胞和骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率增加,精子数量减少,活动精子率下降,精子畸形率增高,精子尾部低渗肿胀率下降,血清睾酮含量下降,LH升高。本研究提示硫酸锰对哺乳动物雄性生殖细胞和体细胞有遗传损伤效应,对小鼠精子有毒性作用,并对血中性激素有影响.

【Abstract】 In this paper,a series of testes vvere employed to study the reprductive toxicity of manganese on male mice.There were two manganese sulfate dosage groups,i.p.60mg/kg(equavalent to 1/2 LD 50)and 30mg/kg for 5 consecutive days.The results showed that by comparision with control,significant increase in micronucleus in mice early spermatid and bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes(PCE).Sperm analysis found that sperm count and motily sperm rate significantly decreased,sperm abnormatily increased,ponentage of hypoosmotic tail swelling decreased.The contents of testosterone were decreased and LH were increased.It suggests that manganese possesses mutagenicity on male germ cells and somatic cells of rnammalian and had an advers effect on the spermtozoon and the change in blood sex hormonal of male mice.
