【Abstract】 This paper described a new rapid microcolony method for testing the antibiotic sensitivity of bacteria. It only needs 4 hr incubation to get the result. The basic principle and estimating the sensitivity of the bacteria of this method are the same as that of K-B method. 3 strains of control organism(E. coli, S. aureus.P. aeruginosa) and 69 strains of Salmonella and 47 strains of Shigella were tested by using microcolony method and K-B method,the results correlate well.更多还原
