尿中83—1除草剂及其代谢产物的提取和分离方法的研究

【摘要】 本文报道了一种提取的分离尿中83—1除草剂及其代谢产物的HPLC方法:尿样酸化至pH3—4后,以氯仿—异丙醇(9+1)提取,提取物用Shin Pack ODSC18柱及甲醇—水(pH2.70)(65+35)进行HPLC分离,可良好地分离出83—1母体和4种代谢组分。本法重复10次测定,各组分的保留时间及峰高的相对标准差分别为0.16%~0.51%和1.2%~5.86%。如以保留时间定性、峰高或峰面积定量,本文所提供的提取分离方法还可用于83—1及其代谢产物的定性分析和定量测定。

【Abstract】 A method for the extraction and separation of ammonium salt 2,4-dichloro-6 -nitro-phenol(I)and its metabolites in urine with HPLC were reported. The urine sample was acidified to pH3-4 and extracted with chloroform and isopropanol (9 + 1) and then separated with Shin Pack ODS C18 column and CH3OH: H2O (PH2. 70) (65 + 35). The I and its four metabolites were well separated from each other. The RSD ofretention time and peak height of ten duplicates were 0. 16% - 0. 51% and 1. 2%~ 5. 86%, respectively. The proposed method can be applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the I and its metabolites.
