氟的荧光测定法研究
Fluorometric Determination of Fluoride
【摘要】 本文建立了氟的Al3+—Calcein配合物荧光熄灭测定法。该法激发波长480nm,发射波长503nm,线性范围2—150ppbF-,灵敏度为2ppbF-,是现有的最灵敏方法之一。100ppbF-时标准偏差为1.3ppbF-。用茜素络合剂分光光度法进行对照试验,二者获得的结果一致。
【Abstract】 This work was initiated in an effort to obtain a better method for the determination of trace fluoride. A fluoro -quenching method for the determination of fluoride with A13+ - calcein complex is established. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 480nm and 503nm,with rectilinear range of 2 -150 ppb F-. The senstirity of the method is 2ppb F-and thestandard deviation 1. 3 ppb F-for 100ppb of fluoride. The results obtained agree with that by spectrophotometry with alizarin complexon. The accuracy and precision of the method is satisfactory.
