【Abstract】 This work was initiated in an effort to obtain a better method for the determination of trace fluoride. A fluoro -quenching method for the determination of fluoride with A13+ - calcein complex is established. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 480nm and 503nm,with rectilinear range of 2 -150 ppb F-. The senstirity of the method is 2ppb F-and thestandard deviation 1. 3 ppb F-for 100ppb of fluoride. The results obtained agree with that by spectrophotometry with alizarin complexon. The accuracy and precision of the method is satisfactory.更多还原
