草鱼与青鱼、鳙鱼与团头鲂之间的细胞核移植

【摘要】 在草鱼与青鱼、鳊鱼与团头鲂之间进行核移植试验,获得了不同属鱼类间的草鱼细胞核和青鱼细胞质配合的核质杂种鱼——草青移核鱼幼鱼,以及不同亚科间的鳙鱼细胞核与团头鲂细胞质配合的核质杂种鱼——鳙团移核鱼,得率分别为0.9%和1.8%。核质杂种鱼的胚胎发育特征大多与受核体鱼相似,而形态特征大多与供核体鱼相似。表明胚胎发育明显受受核体细胞质的影响,而形态性状特征主要受供核体细胞核的影响。

【Abstract】 The nucleus transplantation experiments have been conducted between grass carps, variegated carps and black carps and blunt-snout breams. The results obtained were as follows :fries of nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrid fish of grass carps and black carps resulted from the recombination of nuclei of grass carps and cytoplasm of black carps in different grenera, the rate was 0. 9% ; the embryo, in the eye-pigment period, of the nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrid of grass carps and carps belonging to different subfamilies, the rate was 1. 6%; and nucleo-cytoplasmic hybrid of variegated carps and blunt-snout breams in different subfamilies, the rate was 1. 8%. Considersing the embryonic development and morphological features of nucleocytoplasmic hybrid fish, it could be concluded that some morphological features were similar to those of nucleo-donor fish, thus showing that these features were affected by the celll nuclei of donor fish; while features of embryonic development and some morphological features were similar tothose of nucleo-recipient fish, showing that these features were affected by the cytoplasm; still some other features were in the intermediate state or with slight differences with those of both the donor and recipient, showing that these features resulted from the interaction of nuclei and cytoplasm.
