【摘要】 椰毒假单胞菌在干燥银耳卵黄培养基与新配制银耳卵黄培养基上差别不大、生长菌落较大，菌落周围呈现虹彩环，易于辨认，利于挑选，在产色素上优于新配制的培养基，检出率优于ＰＤＡ。通过检测市售玉米面样品５８份，鲜银耳３８份，鲜蘑菇３０份，食物中毒样品３份的检验，得到较满意的结果，因此确证了干燥银耳培养基是可行的。干燥银耳培养基制作简便，有利于培养基的标准化工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractStudy on tremella funcifomins berk and yolk culture media for isolation of Pseudomonascocovenenams subsp farinofermentans has been conducted. There is no marked deferencebetween dried culture medium and freshed culture medium.On dried culture medium theorganisms exhibit surface iridescence and have bigger colonies than those on freshed culturemedium,and easily to ditinguished ln addition, the pigment production on dried culture mediumis better than that on freshed culture medium 52.7%and 30.0%of the samples were positiverespectively The positive rate of the isolation of Pseudomonas cocovenenams subspfarinofermentans on dried culture medium is higher than that on PDA medium.更多还原
