鸭胆汁中胆甾酸成分的研究
Study on the Composition of Bile Acids in Duck’s Bile
【摘要】 研究了鹅胆汁中胆甾酸的成分，发现其中除了含有鹅去氧胆酸（Ａ＿０）外，还含另一个胆甾酸，通过该胆甾酸和其合成衍生物的￣１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ，￣（１３）Ｃ－ＮＭＲ，ＦＡＢ－ＭＳ等波谱数据，推出这个胆酸的分子结构。
【Abstract】 A bile acid other than chenodeoxycholic acid was discovered in the bile of duck.its molacular structure was elucidated with ￣1H-NMR,￣(13)C -NMR,FAB-MSspectra of the compound and its derivatives.
