【Abstract】 Two methods for the synthesis of threo-7,14-dihydroxyl-3,9,13-trimethyl-6-isopropenyItetradeca-(2E, 8E,12E)-rien-1-phenyIthio ether(8),a key intermediate of the synthesis of cembranolide ,were reported.The over-all yield of 8 is 24%in the first method in which geranial is a starting meterial via condensation, acetylation,oxidation and deacetylation. In the second pro-cess the overall yield of 8 is 48%from geranial through oxidation and conden-sation.更多还原
