【Abstract】 Maximum tolerance dose(MTD)of P. o Dahuoluowan on mice was 27. 2g/kg, we arranged 3 potency dose according to 1/10,1/20,1/40 of MTD, Dahuoluo Wan has obviouse analgesic action of mice induced with hot plate method, dilates peripheral blood vessel of rabbit ear, increases perfusion flow of isolated rabbit ear, inhibites the thrombosis in vitro, and the re-sults indicates that Dehuoluo Wan has marked blood circulation promotion by removing blood sta-sis.更多还原
