海洋天然产物海绵多氯二肽的生理活性研究
Study on Physiological Activity of Dipeptides Isolated from Marine Sponge
【摘要】 多氯二肽DN5,DN1653等化合物在65μg/kg和30μg/kg时均具明显的降压作用,作用时间可持续5h以上,DN1653有先升压后降压的特点,在大鼠侧脑室注射1μg/kg DN1563和DN5有明显的降压效果,说明此化合物的降压作用与中枢有关.30mg/L DN5和DN1653对诱导SD大鼠,家兔血小板聚集作用较弱,但能诱导猴血小板聚集达50%以上,α肾上腺素受体阻断剂酚妥拉明可完全对抗两者的促血小板聚集作用.结果揭示DN5和DN1653有显著生理活性,其作用可能与α受体有关.
【Abstract】 DN5, DN1653 ,the derivatives isolated from a sponge Dysidea fraglis. have ob-viously hypotensive action at 65μg/kg, 30/μg/kg. This effect may lasted Ireteke for more than 5 hours. DNi653,iv. , showes fristly a hypertension, after that, decreases blood pressure through the central nerve system. These compounds aggregates the monkey platelet. Their action might relate to a adrenal receptor.
