【摘要】本文报道从４例腹泻病人（血便３例、脓血便１例）及２头腹泻牛中检出６株生化符合ＥＨＥＣＯ_１５７∶Ｈ_７的菌株，经Ｖｅｒｏ细胞检测（反复三次）均产生ＶＴ毒素，血清学分型Ｏ_１５７∶Ｈ_７３株和Ｏ_１５７∶ＮＭ３株。根据常规检测结果６株菌均符合ＥＨＥＣ，并经ＥＨＥＣ基因探针杂交进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was reported that six strains which fit the biochemical characters of Enterohemorrhagic E.coli O₁₅₇∶H₇ from four diarrhoea patients（three had blood feces,one had pus blood fece）and from two diarrhoea beefs which produced Verocytotoxin by Vero cell detecting.There were 3strains O₁₅₇∶H₇ and 3 strains O₁₅₇∶NM by serotyping.All six strains fit EHEC by the normal detecting method and furthermore confirmed by EHEC gene probe.更多还原
