BALB/C小鼠感染卫氏并殖吸虫后血清中循环抗原的动态

【摘要】 用滤纸血以抗卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴单克隆抗体G2B3间接双抗体夹心-ELISA检测感染卫氏并殖吸虫BALB/C小鼠血中循环抗原(CAg),结果显示:小鼠感染卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴后第3天检出CAg,其阳性率为38%,第15天起CAg达高峰,阳性率100%,26~56天CAg维持高水平,第71天CAg滴度下降,以后维持在一定水平,说明滤纸血可以代替血清作CAg检测。以抗卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴单克隆抗体G2B3间接双抗体夹心-ELISA检测感染卫氏并殖吸虫小鼠血中CAg时,具有简便,敏感和特异的优点,可试用于肺吸虫感染的早期诊断和流行病学调查。

【Abstract】 Observation on Kinetics of circulating antigen (CAg) in sera from mice infected with Paragonimus westermani was conducted with McAb to metacercaria G2B3 blood-absorbed filter paper and indirect double antibody sandwich-ELISA (McAb G2B3 DAS-ELISA ).The results revealed that CAg could be detected on third days,with positive rate 38%,The level of CAg elevated and reached the peak 15 days after infection. The CAg titre kept high level during 26-56 days from post-infection. Then CAg positive titre declined and maintained certain level on 71 days after infection thereafter. It suggested that it should be much simpler and easier to use blood-absorbed filter paper instead of sera for GAg detection.The results showed that McAb G2B3 DAS-ELISA with blood-absorbed filter paper was sensitive,specific,simpler and might be applied in serodiagnosis of patients with paragonimiasis and early diagnosis of patients with paragonimisis.
