【Abstract】 In order to study the nonspecific immune function changed in acute toxoplasmosis host,we measured the chicken erythrocyte phagocytic percentage,phagocytic index and lysozyme activity of mouse peritoneal macrophages. The results showed that both lysozyme activity and phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages were increased in the early stage of acute Toxoplasma infection,and nonspecific immunity of macrophage were promoted in the early stage of acute toxoplasmosis.更多还原
