【Abstract】 The development of an instrument for the preheating of filament used for solid isotope mass spectrometer is reported. Using this instrument impurities and pollutants in the filament are eliminated by heating the ribben. It can treat 20 ribbens simultaneously.Not only its performence is stable and satistactory,but also the cost is much lower than that of similar import instrument.更多还原
