【Abstract】 This paper dealt with the determination of peritanide, a kind of strong diureticsbanned by IOC, using GC/MSD. The human piretanide positive urine sample extractedwith ethyl acetate at PH 5. The dry residue of extract was methylated or silylanized andthen the derivatives were determined.
