【Abstract】 he diagnosis and treatment of 25 patients of secondary pancreatic infec-tions (3 infected pancreatic necrosis, 18 pancreatic abscesses, and 4 infectedpseudocysts) following acute pancreatitis or pancreatic trauma are reviewed anddiscussed. Special attention is paid to: the adoptation of “individualized”surgeryfor acute pancreatitis; early diagnosis and treatment of septic focus; appropriateselection of antibiotics and treatment of concomitant hyperglycemia and pancre-atic fistula.更多还原
