【摘要】 我国医学院校理论课与实验课学时之比历来强调1:1，明显高于美国医学院校（1:0.39）。近年来，由于医学科学的发展，学生所需知识与学制间的矛盾越来越突出，我们应从专业培养目标全面认识实验课的地位与作用，转变观念，删除验证性实验和重复性实验内容，努力提高教学质量，减少实验教学时间，让学生有更多的时间自学和选修其他课程，使其知识和能力适应社会所需。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ratio of the classroom teaching hour to the laboratory teaching hour has alwaysbeen l:l for a long time,which is much higher than that（1: 0.39） in medical schools inthe USA. In the recent years,along with the development of medical science,the contradic-tion between medical students’need of knowledge and the teaching hour system has been in-creasingly evident.We should comprehensively realize the place and role of the laboratory in-struction in accordance with the teaching aim.We should transform the concept so as to can-cel the confirmative and repetitive laboratory experiments,strive for a better laboratoryteaching quality and reduce the laboratory teaching hours to give students more time for theirselfstudy and selective courses in order to adapt their knowledge and ability to the socialneed.更多还原
