【摘要】 在目前各种高科技检查应用于临床日渐广泛的情况下，医学生和青年医师的理学诊断能力的教学和培养不能削弱，否则难以成为一名合格的现代临床医师。医学生在实习中，带教老师要有意识引导学生从病史询问、体格检查中发现症状和体征，在讨论诊断意见时要强调从病因学、病理学、解剖学三方面作出诊断，尤为重要的是认真指导书写完整病历，提高理学诊断能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 While all kinds of advanced and sophisticated modalities have been increasingly availablein clinical examination,medical students and young physicians’learning and training of clini-cal diagnostic ability should not be weakened,otherwise they will fail to be modern qualifiedclinical physicians.During their internship the instructors should guide the students to findout essential symptoms and signs by history taking and physical examination.It should beemphasized that diagnoses are made being concerned with relevant etiology,pathology andanatomy.Writing up a complete case history is particularly important in improving the clini-cal diagnostic ability.更多还原
