【摘要】 本文以从黄连中提取小檗减为例，对热逆流提取器和索氏提取器的传质过程进行了研究。利用ＣａｌｄｅｒｂａｎｋａｎｄＭｏｏ—Ｙｏｕｎｇ和Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ—Ｇｅａｎｋｏｐｌｉｓ的经验关联式，分别估算了热逆流法和索氏法的固—液传质系数，从理论上证明了热逆流提取法的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper.mass transfer characteristic in extraction process of berberine fromcoptis using heat counter-current and soehlet extraction is studied.The experimental equations which were put by Calderbank and Moo-Young and Wilson-Geankoplis are used.to estimate the solid-liquid transfer coefficient in heat counter-current and Soehlet extraction is preferable.更多还原
