多花黑麦草和四倍体苇状羊茅属间杂种F1及其双倍体的细胞遗传学研究

【摘要】 本研究获得了多花黑麦草(LoliummultiflorumLam2n=2x=14)和四倍体苇状羊茅(FestucaarundinaceavarglaucescensBoiss2n=4x=28)的属间杂种。LmxFa.g杂种在形态上呈中间型,而反交杂种则倾向于母本。杂种的细胞学研究表明:多花黑麦草的染色体组(A)与四倍体苇状羊茅的两组染色体(B和B′)亲和性差:相对来说,羊茅属的细胞质有利于A、B、B′三组染色体的配对。杂种F1花药不开裂,花粉畸形败育。合成的双倍体细胞学上不稳定,花粉KI-I2可染率极低。本文还讨论了利用杂种的途径和实践意义。

【Abstract】 The production of intergeneric hybrids of Lolium multiflorum (2n=2x=14) with Festuca arundinacea var.glaucescens(2n=4x=28) by using embryo rescue techniques was reported for the first time.The Lolium multiflrorum X Festuca arundinacea var.glaucescens hybrid plants appeared to be intermediate between their parents in morphology while the reciprocal cross hybrids inclined predominantly to the female parent,i.e.,Fesluca arundinacea var.glaucescens.The mean chromosome configuration at PMC MI of F1 hybrids(2n=21)and the reciprocals were 5.12Ⅰ+3.45 rodⅡ+4.01 ring Ⅱ+0.29Ⅲ+0.01Ⅳ and 6.38Ⅰ+2.40 rodⅡ+3.68 ringⅡ +0.8Ⅲ +0.009 Ⅳ respectively.Cytogenetic study indicated that the genome of Lolium multiflorum(A3)had little affinity to any genomes of Festuca arundinacea var.glaucescens(BB’)in Lolium cytoplasmic background and the genomes A3,B,B’chromosomes can pair as trivalents more readily in cytoplasm of Festuca.The anthers of F1 plants were not dehiscent and pollen grains were aborative.F1 hybrids treated with colchicine and amphiploid(A3A3BBB’B’)were induced.Cytological investigation showed irregular meiotic behavious which resulted in very low pollen KI-I2 stainability and low seecl set.The other approaches of utilizing the hybrids are also discussed.
