我国畜禽饲料中微量元素锌含量的调查研究
A STUDY ON ZINC CONTENTS IN FEEDSTUFFS FOR LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY IN CHINA
【摘要】 对采自全国28个省(区)的1639个主要粮食、饲料样品中含锌量测定结果表明:谷实类饲料(包括玉米、小麦、大麦、稻谷、高粱)平均含量为23.7mg/kg(范围19.0-29.7mg/kg);豆类籽实(包括大豆,黑豆,豌豆,蚕豆)平均含锌量为45.5mg/kg(范围39.9-51.2mg/kg);油饼类(包括大豆饼、菜籽饼、棉籽饼、花生饼、葵花籽饼)平均含锌量为62.2mg/kg(范围51.8-74.0mg/kg);糠麸类(包括小麦麸、稻米糠)平均含锌量为71.6mg/kg(范围58.0-85.1mg/kg);甘薯含锌量为6.9mg/kg。含锌规律是:糠麸类>油饼类>豆类>谷实类>块根类(甘薯)。以省为单位,对玉米、小麦、大豆籽实的含锌量进行地区间的比较,表明同一种作物籽实的含锌量(除个别省区的大豆有差异外)受到地区环境变化的影响较小(p>0.05)。不同种类的作物种子对锌的富集差异较大(p<0.05或0.01)。根据全国各地猪、鸡常用的121个饲料配方所计算出的基础饲料中,锌含量水平在31-36mg/kg范围左右,如按饲养标准中锌营养需要量的要求,仅能对猪提供1/3.对鸡提供2/3的锌需要,因此补充锌,对发展?
【Abstract】 It was indicated by analysing zinc contents of 1639 main grain and feed samples collected from 28 provinces(regions) in China that zinc contents of cereal grains(including corn, wheat, barley, rice and sorghum) averaged 23.7 mg/kg(a range of 19.0-29.7 mg/kg), beans(including soybean and pea) averaged 45.smg/kg (39.9-51.2 mg/kg);oilseed meals (including soybean meal, rapeseed meal, cottonseed meal, peanut meal and sunflower seed meal) 62.2 mg/kg(51.8-74.0 mg/kg); brans(including wheat bran and rice bran) 71.6 mg/kg(58.0-55.1 mg/kg) and sweet potato 6.9 mg/kg.It was suggested that the changing ordsr of zinccontents was brans>oil meals>beans>cereals>sweet potato.Regional comparisons on a basis of provincial unit were made of zinc contents of corn,wheat and soybean,showing a little effect(P>0.05)of regional environments on zinc contents of the same species of grains (except a difference among soybeane of a single province or region).A larger difference(P<0.05 or<0.01) was found for zinc collections from different species of grains.Calculated natural zinc levels from 121 basal diet formulations of pigs and chicks of our country ranged from 31mg/kg to 36 mg/kg,which could meet only about one-third of recommended zinc requirement in feeding standard for pigs and two-thirds for chicks.Therefore, a supplementation of zinc is of important significance for developing animal production of our country.
