寒胁迫过程中冬小麦叶片组织可溶性蛋白质含量的变化和功能
CHANGES OF THE CONTENT OF THE SOLUBLE PROTEINS ANDFUNCTIONS OF WINTER WHEAT LEAVES DDURING COLD HARDENING
【摘要】 本研究应用薄层等电聚焦/SDS──指数孔梯度PAGE双向电泳技术,对抗寒锻炼过程中冬小麦叶片组织可溶性蛋白质的变化进行了分析。从可溶性蛋白质含量电泳图谱的变化,可以看出,抗寒锻炼期间,京冬1号有9种可溶性蛋白质含量明显增加,肖农12有13种可溶性蛋白质含量明显增加。其中分子量为1KD、7KD(PI较低的一种)、18KD(2种)、21KD的5种蛋白质含量在2个品种中都与抗冻性呈正相关。表明寒胁迫过程中控制这些可溶性蛋白质合成的基因,在表达机制上发生了改变。
【Abstract】 Changes of soluble proteins in the leaf tissue of winter wheat were analyzed by using 2-dimentional electrophoretic techniques of ultrothin gel IEF/SDS-concave exponential gradiant PAGE during cold hardening and dehardening.From the 2-D eletrophoretic patterns of soluble proteins,We found that there were 9 proteins,of which the content obviously increased in the leaf tissue of a wheat cultivar Jingdong No.1 during cold hardening while there were 13 proteins with increased content in another wheat cultivar Xiao nong 12.Among these,the content of 5 proteins with clear molecular weight 1KD,7KD (the one with lower PI),18KD(2 with different PI).21KD was positively correlated with the development of freezing resistance in two cultivars.
