硼素营养对油菜花粉萌发的影响

【摘要】 土培试验结果表明,缺硼和硼过量均导致油菜柱头上花粉附着量、花粉萌发量和花粉萌发率下降,花粉管伸长缓慢,花粉活力、花药呼吸强度降低,花药的可溶性糖、淀粉、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质及核酸含量明显减少,而核糖核酸酶活性增大。2个供试油菜品种中,以低芥酸品种宁油8号比常规品种宁油7号更易受缺硼和硼过量的影响。

【Abstract】 Pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of boron on anther development of rapeseed plant (Brassica napus L.cv.Ningyou No.7 and Ningyou No.8).Pollen germination and pollen tube growth in the stigma were observed by means of fluorescence.The results indicated that boron deficiency(0.25μgBg-1 soil of hot water soluble)and exces(9.54μgBg-1)decreased significantly the number of pollen the number of pollen grains bound to stigma and rate of pollen germination,The pollen tube growth was slow in boron deficient and excessplants.The pollen vitality and respiratory rate of anthers,and the contents of soluble sugars,starch,free proline,soluble protein and nucleic acids in anthers of boron deficieat and excess Plants were lower,but the activity of RNA ase was higher than that of comparable anthers of boron optimum(0.87μgBg-1)plants.In rapeseed varieties tested,Ningyou No.8(a low crucic acid)was more sensitive than.Ningyou No.7(a high crucic acid)to boron deficiency and excess.
