【摘要】 据室内试验，泰山１号昆虫病原线虫对斜纹夜蛾幼虫具有较高的侵染能力。当益害比为８０：１时，与线虫接触２４ｈ的１－６龄斜纹夜蛾幼虫，４８ｈ的校正死亡率分别为２８．６９０％、４８．４３８％、８４．７２２％、９８．３３３％、１００％和９８．３３３％；当益害比为４０：１时，２ｄ的校正死亡率分别为２０．２０１％、５１．４７１％、５８．５７１％、８５．２４６％、９６．６６７％和９８．３３３％，斜纹夜蛾蛹对泰山１号线虫不敏感。实验在２５－２８℃下进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The entomogenous nematode Taishan No,1. a species from Genus Heterorhabdi-tis,was tested for control of tabacco cutworm(Spodoptera litura F.)under laboratory conditions(25-28℃). The larvae of older instars were susceptible to the nemtode infection. When the rateof the nematodes and insects was 80:1 and the insect exposure to the nematode was twenty- fourhours,the mortality of larvae(1-6 instars) were 28.690%.48.438%.84.722%.98.333%.100%and 98. 333%, respectively,after 48h; when the rate was 40 : 1.the mortality were20.201%.51.471%.58.571%.85.246%,96.667/and 98.333%.respectively after 48h.The pupas were not susceptible to the nematode.更多还原
