【摘要】 本文较系统地报告了抗凝血剂氯鼠酮和新型急性杀鼠剂敌溴灵作原型药物，混配成新型杀鼠剂型的实验室研室；试验通过野栖黄胸鼠、板齿鼠和褐家鼠的61个配比组进行.结果表明，原型药最佳浓度是0.02%氯鼠酮和0.005%敌溴灵,大米、稻谷和复合饵料毒饵对试鼠的致死效果达90～100%．由这两种毒饵配制的5种混合剂中的2.3:1,4:1和5:1组，对3种试鼠的致死效率均达95％，致死时间高峰在投药后的2.8～3.3天，居于氯鼠酮和敌溴灵之间。混合剂型吸取了原型药物的特性，显示了增效作用。复合饵料Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ毒饵制备的混合剂型，对3种试鼠的致死效率以Ⅵ各配比组较好，平均达90%。一系列的试验结果表明，氯鼠酮和敌溴灵按比例配制的混合型杀鼠剂，在实验室条件下对黄胸鼠等的致死效果良好。更多还原
