差分脉冲伏安法测定空气中痕量甲醛的方法研究

【摘要】 本文首次报导了用差分脉冲伏安法测定空气中痕量甲醛。把空气收集在含(1+9)甲醇水溶液的多孔玻板吸收管中,在含有硫酸联氨的乙.酸盐缓冲体系中,于悬汞电极上可产生灵敏的还原峰。峰电位为-1.07V(VS.Ag/AgCl)。最低检测浓度1ppb,吸收效率98.5%,回收率99.3%,相对标准偏差1.73%。甲醛在1ppb~7ppm 范围内浓度与峰高呈良好线性关系。

【Abstract】 The article first reports on defferential pulse voltammetry detemination of trace formaldehyde in air.The sample of air was colleced in anform absorption tube containing an aqueous solution of (1+9) methanol,Formaldehyde can give rise to intelligent reduce wave on the static mercury drop electrode in the HAC-NaAc buffer containing sulfate diamidogen. Results showed that the wave potential was—1.07v (vs.Ag/Agcl),The detection limit was 1 ppb,and absorption efficiency and recovery of formaldehyde were 99.3% and 98.5%. The relative stadard deviation was 1.73%.Alinear relationship was very good between the concentration of formaldehyde over the range 1 ppb-7 ppm and peak-heigh.The method has been used to determinate trace formaldehyde in air samples.
