【摘要】 应用流式细胞光度术(FCM)和形态学观察方法,研究了加味玉屏风散对老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖及对肺、肝、脾的组织学和自发性肿瘤发病率的影响。结果表明,本方能促进老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞DNA合成及分裂增殖,减缓肺、肝、脾的老化性改变,降低老龄小鼠自发性肿瘤的发病率,具有增强免疫功能,延缓衰老的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of Jiawei Yuping Feng San on proliferation of lymphocyte and on histology of lung, liver, and spleen. as well as the effects on tumour of senile mice were studied with Flow Cytometry and the changes of morphology. the results showed that it was capable of prompting DNA synthesis and proliferation with the improve the morbidity of spontaneous tumour of senile mice.
