【摘要】 观测２４具防腐的成人尸体Ｌ＿５～Ｓ＿１椎间盘的断面标本和解剖８具成人尸体Ｌ＿５～Ｓ＿１椎间盘的毗邻结构，证实Ｌ＿５～Ｓ＿１椎间盘存在三个可供穿刺的部位：前区、侧区、后外侧区。穿刺Ｌ＿５～Ｓ＿１椎间盘当首选后外侧区。该区位于椎关节实和Ｌ＿５脊神经前支之间，仅见于椎间盘的中、下部断面，间隙宽度分别为６．７ｍｍ和９．９ｍｍ。穿刺针从髂后上棘外上方３．５～４．０ｃｍ处进针，向第５腰椎横突下方的骨孔插入，一般都能到达椎间盘中心。更多还原

【Abstract】 he transverse sections of L₅～S₁ intervertebral discs from 24 cadavers and the syntopy atthe same levels in another 8 cadavers were observed.The results showed that there were three in-let regions surrounding the disc;the anterior,lateral, and posterolateral regions. The last oneshould be the choice for percutaneous penetrating resection of nucleus pulposus of L₅～S₁ inter-vertebral discs. It is between the arthral process of the vertebra and anterior ramus of L₅ spinalnerve with a width of 6. 7mm in the middle part and 9. 9mm in the lower. The needle should beinserted 3.5～4. 0cm superolaterally to the posterosuperior iliac spine through an aperture belowthe transverse process of L₅ vertebra,to reach the centre of the disc.更多还原
