Seya-Namioka单色仪的结构设计与真空处理
Structural Design and Vacuum Process of Seya-Namioka Monochromator
【摘要】 本文介绍了用于光化学实验站,进行气相化学实验的Seya-Namioka真空紫外(VUV)单色仪的结构性能,该单色仪由入射狭缝,正弦机构,光栅机构,出射狭缝和真空元件组成,通过更换光栅后,可覆盖的波长范围为35nm-600nm,在35nm时分辨率为0.1nm,样品处的光通量为5×1011phs/s。整个单色仪的工作真空度为5×10-8Pa.该单色仪已于1991年底完成总调试。现在已经稳定运行近两年,性能良好。
【Abstract】 Abstract In this paper we describe the monochromator which is provided for photochemistry experimental station to perform gas phase experiment at NSRL.The monochromator is a typically SeyaNamioka monochromator. It includes an entrance slit,a sine bar mechanism,grating mechanism,an exit slit and vacuum elements.By changing different gratings in the vacuum,it covers the wavelength range from 35 nm to 600 nm.At 35 nm, its resolution is 0.1 nm.The photon flux is 5×10 11phs/s at sample.The monochromator has been put into regular operation at NSRL by the end of 1991.
