【Abstract】 Abstract In this paper the, adhesion principles between the film coated by vacuum vapour method and the substrate are descirbed by surface energy and boundary layer energy.The lower of the boundary layer energy the stronger of the bond energy,the better of adhesion.The structure imperfection of the substrate surface rormed by ion bombardmant or plasma treatment will reduce the boundory surface energy,and enhance its adhesion更多还原
