桑蚕丝蛋白结构的STM研究
STM STUDY OF SILK FIBROIN OBTAINED FROM SILKWORM
【摘要】 用STM在大气中成功地观察到了吸附在高定向热解石墨(HOPG)上的从桑蚕中提取的丝蛋白单分子层的结构,研究了温度和甲醇处理导致丝蛋白结构变化的情况,并根据实验结果提出了桑蚕丝蛋白的结构模型和在外界作用下的结构变化趋势。
【Abstract】 The structure of silk fibroin obtained from silkworm deposited on HOPG has been observed in air by STM, and satisfactory results have been achieved. Structural deformation caused by chemical (methanol) or physical (temperature) actions were also studied. Structural models based on these results were given.
