【Abstract】 This note presents a detailed edscription of the vacuum system of a 200MeV electron linear accelerator, as teh injector of an 800MeV storage ring in the Hefei National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory.This report consists of an overall account, the engineering and teh design based thereupon,as well s the operational operformance of the system including the vacuum changes(improvement)at the very start and in the following thee all the breakdowns ever met and their causes.更多还原
