Immobilization of Aminoacylase From Aspergillus oryzae on Functionalized Acrylamide-Methylacrylate Copolymers

【摘要】 <正> Poly (acryiamide-co-toethyi acryiate) beads have been synthesized by oil phase suspensions. These polymers were functionalized by amination with diamines or polyethylene polyamines in order to be applied to the immobilization of aminoacylase from Aspergillus oryzae. The influence of polymeric structural property on the activity of immobilized enzyme was investigated. A good carrier (IAR-2) was elected for the preparation of immobilized enzyme and many factors which affected the activity of immobilized enzyme were described. The operational stability for continuous resolution of DL-methionine on the immobilized enzyme column was also studied.
